New Clients
Getting started is simpler than you think.
We are now accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, psychological testing, and group therapy.

Call our office or submit a request through the website. Share only general information — no clinical details needed.
Our staff gathers basic information about what you need, insurance coverage, scheduling, and clinician preferences — then identifies a good fit.
Once scheduled, you will receive intake forms and practice documents electronically. Please complete them before your first visit when possible.
You and your clinician discuss concerns, goals, history, and recommendations for moving forward — together.
Wait times depend on the clinician, specialty, insurance coverage, and scheduling needs. Telehealth appointments can often be scheduled sooner than in-person appointments.
In most cases you may contact us directly. Some insurance plans or services have specific referral or authorization requirements — our office can help you determine what is needed.
Once established, clients use our secure client portal for paperwork, communication, and other practice-related needs.
Open the client portal→We participate with many major insurance plans. Participation may vary by clinician and service — please contact our office to confirm your plan and your clinician.
Please contact our office for current self-pay rates for intake sessions, ongoing therapy, and psychological testing.
Reduced-fee options may be available on a limited basis and vary by clinician. Contact our office for more information.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards. Copays, deductibles, and other client-responsibility amounts are due according to practice policy.
Under the federal No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance to pay for their care have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services.
Lowder Psychology Group will provide eligible clients with a Good Faith Estimate explaining the anticipated charges for scheduled services. Because the length and frequency of behavioral health treatment can vary based on individual needs, actual costs may differ from the initial estimate.
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges. Additional information about your rights is available at CMS.gov/nosurprises.
Physicians, schools, mental health professionals, community agencies, and other providers may contact our office directly. Additional referral options will be available through the website.
